STL Download: Pole/Rail Mount V2 - Harbor Breeze Solar Node
Print Your Own Versatile Off-Grid Node!
Ready to mount your Meshtastic or Meshcore repeater to masts, balcony rails, or metal posts? This digital download provides the STL files needed to print our highly adaptable V2 Pole/Rail Mount. Building on our upgraded V2 design, this version features an enclosed antenna bulkhead chamber, improved signal clearance, and a versatile clamping base for both vertical and horizontal installations.
File Details & Printing Recommendations:
Built for the Elements (Main Body): For the main mount body, it is highly recommended to print in ASA with 5-6walls to ensure maximum strength, UV resistance, and to prevent the mount from degrading in direct sunlight.
TPU Insect Guard Plug: The download includes a separate STL for the bottom access plug. Print this component in 95A TPU to create a flexible cap that keeps insects and debris out of the cavity. Increase walls to 6-8 to print the plug solid.
Vertical & Horizontal Mounting: The mount is designed with integrated, contoured channels that accommodate standard pipe clamps (hose clamps) or heavy-duty zip ties for flexible orientation.
Choose Your Setup: Both N-Type and SMA antenna mount versions are included in the download to fit your specific build requirements.
Licensing & Terms: This digital download is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell physical prints of this design, distribute the digital files, or modify them for commercial purposes.
Hardware Notice: This listing is for digital 3D-printable STL files only. No physical parts are included. You will need to supply your own 3D printer filament, pipe clamps/hose clamps or heavy-duty zip ties, LoRa board, board mounting sled, antenna, antenna hardware, and the Harbor Breeze solar unit.
Disclaimer: Please do not overtighten your clamps or zip ties during installation. While 3D-printed plastic is robust, excessive crushing force can cause damage to the mount.
Note: All digital sales are final. Refunds are not available.
